Who We Are
Reformation
is a church with a special sense of place.
in the joyful presence of the God whom we meet in our sanctuary and in all creation.
in the hopeful hearts of our members and friends.
as a center where the diverse members of the community around us gather.
amidst the gardens and woods on our land in St. Louis Park, for which we have special responsibility as caretakers of the creation God loves.
God has given us this holy place alongside Highway 100 so that we can share it with you.
Reformation welcomes all who seek the wholeness and loving spirit of God. The congregation revels in a wealth of musical traditions and activities unusual for a neighborhood church.
Our members represent an intergenerational slice of our neighborhoods, bringing young and old together on a journey to become loving, caring Christians.
We have formed the "New Earth Partnership" to promote spiritually grounded ecological awareness and action in the Twin Cities area. Care of the earth is a special concern of the congregation.
The vision of this church and all of our programs are developed with the needs of children in mind. We are active in the "Children First" initiative, a mission of the greater St. Louis Park community. Reformation is committed to the well being of children and their families.
